Arguably the finest traditional American cider apple, Harrison, creates a dense, orange-wine like cider that is both full-bodied and well-rounded in finish and the Porter's Perfection apples give this cider tannic backbone, adding a touch of astringency and minerality. This low sulfite cider was fermented in stainless steel barrels to preserve varietal character and for natural, fine bubbles. Unfiltered. Bottled Jan 2023.
