The 2023 Farmhouse Dry is a full-bodied, aromatic, slightly astringent cider that showcases a bittersharp & bittersweet heavy blend of apples.

Balanced acidity. Unfiltered. Medium acidity. Moderately sparkling in a bottle conditioned style for fine bubbles, this minimal intervention cider has very little sulfites added. Bottled February 2023.
A blend of the following English, French and American apples:

Golden Russet - 20%, Wickson - 10%,

Bittersharp -
Franklin - 10%, Porter’s Perfection - 20%
Bittersweet -
Dabinett - 20%, Binet Rouge - 20%

Tasting Notes
Aroma: Orange peel, anise, fresh apricot.
​
Palate: Citrus (grapefruit and lemon), fruit forward, mouthwatering acidity that hits very quickly. Mid palate "crabby" tannins. Subtle, but lingering finish characterized by "softer", bittersweet tannins.
